Hi Blackshhep,
You get that when you encounter an error. It can be their farms are heavily layered and your computer is not able to handle it. Before you go to get hired uncheck everything for showing things in your preferences that you do not need for the work.
For the WebGL disabled You can try just closing and restarting your browser. If that doesn't fix it try clearing your browser cache, close the browser and then reopen it. It will load much slower the first time if you have to do that as it has to download all the graphics again. Instructions for clearing your browser are in the following link:

Please check if there is any update for Windows or Mac if you use it, you can type update in the search box and you usually get "search for updates", you have to follow the instructions. Remember to close and restart after updating.
Also check if your browser is updated.
