Please check you have also tried the following:
- your preferred browser is up to date
- any extension that would change the way Facebook looks, perhaps to the old classic look is disabled.
If you one, please disable it and then close and reopen your browser and try loading the game again.
- If those don't help, have you also updated and tried another browser?
