Hi Perico429,
I have moved your post to help and support for the NCC.
You should be able to see who is in your My Neighbourhood Chains section. Are you not seeing anyone in there?
It's too soon for the Competing Neighbourhoods to be chosen so you won't be seeing anyone in that section yet.
Edit to Add:
It looks like you have had this problem before and may have contacted support.
We have cleaned your NCC data, please reload the game open the NCC and look in the Contest Info section and make sure no claim reward is showing up. If there is any claim showing, claim it even if it is just products, then reload the game one more time and check again.
If no reward is showing up please try starting a single batch in one of the NCC facilities, reload and make sure that batch added the points before you start any more batches.
