Hi this is happydays 2747 aka Jenny Dyer, today on my farm 37 I decided I wanted to move my facilities around so I can fix up my crops that were out of whack, I used the Purple Hand and clicked on edit, then I clicked on all the facilities, and moved them all around the farm. After I had completed that, I did a memcache, and then reloaded the Farm, then I got the shock of my life that 80% of Facilities/Services/ Animals Buildings /Mines also all the Turbo Facilities including the Electric Turbo Semi, Oil Pump, and Off-shore Rig etc were gone. I cannot remember all the Facilities that I had. Is there anyway to find out where they are .

You will have to contact Support concerning this. To contact Support click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.

You will receive an automatic response email when you submit your ticket. That email will have your ticket number and a link for you to check the status of your ticket, so please do not delete that email. If you do not see the email then check your spam folder as sometimes those emails get classified as spam.
