The issue only effects the chat server, so the only thing at the moment you can't do is chat or hire at the markets.
Everything else is still possible, you can still Harvest/Plant your crops, Send Trains,Ships and Work Facilities

Hi Rob T,
Thanks for letting us know they should be on it soon. Of course this also effects our ability to fulfill the seasonal goal in Farm Pass to be hired for a certain number of item completions, but 21 days is still plenty of time.
