Hi Miz Judy, Marymarcel sent you back a PM for the one you sent. We need to know what account you can't get into. Since you said it was your husband's account that you took over we need the name on it in Facebook so we can find the correct ID and check it for you.
It would help if you would read the moderators answers to you and respond.
As far as Support goes it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few weeks for them to respond to you depending on how many other tickets they have ahead of yours.
