Instant Rewards
These are a one time use and can be for crops, trees, flowers, fish, animal products some common high demand products, gifts that are available on the gift page and occasionally a decoration that's not available to buy in the store.
Some will be available for free, some and are available when buying Farm Pass.
You can claim one when you have earned enough point by completing goals.
An easy way to spot if you can claim any reward is to look for the red icon on the Farm Pass icon and on the Rewards tab.
To claim an instant reward:
We will use flowers reward as an example:
- Click on the green Claim button on the Reward you want.
- You will see a Select an Item window showing you all the flowers.
The list is defaulted to By Stored amount.
If you haven't sold your non-ingredients any unusable flowers may be showing up first.
The question mark top right of each flower in the list will tell you what that product is used in should you need it. When there is no question mark, that item currently has no use in facilities.
You can change the filter if you want to a different filter by clicking on the A-Z OR you can use the search box and type in the name of the flower that you want.
NOTE: There is no A-Z filter when claiming gift rewards, you just scroll the list to find the gift you want!
- Mouseover the item you would like and a blue Select button will appear that you can click on to select that item.
Be sure you pick the correct one as once you have clicked on Select you can't change your mind!
- When you click on Select you will see a Fortune Wheel that's starting to turn.
- Click on the green Spin button and it will spin faster with a picture in the center of the item you chose.
The amount given is selected at random, sometimes you will get a smaller amount , sometimes a larger amount.
- The Fortune Wheel will then stop at one of the figures showing on the wheel and that amount will be sent to your Harvests & Products Storage.
- To close the wheel, click on where it says Click to Continue and it will take you back to the Rewards window.
NOTE: If you can claim more than one of the same reward, you can not claim the exact same item again, when the list loads there will be an Already Claimed message on the item you last picked so you have to chose a different one.
Note about Instant rewards for a decoration:
The decorations will vary from time to time. They can be small or larger items ranging from things like a potted plant, animal to something much larger like a building. You will receive 1 per reward claimed.
When you click Select on the decoration, there will be an animation to show you you that you have claimed it, then that decoration will go to your Item storage in the Seasonal - Farm Pass section.
Remember - Layered farms have more on them than usual which can make things go missing when you attempt to place more on them. Make sure that you have enough clear space on a farm, where nothing else is occupying that space, to set it down. The seasonal decorations setting in your game preferences will need to be showing to be able to see it.
UPDATE NOV 21,2023 - You can now buy one or more Farm Pass decorations that you have earned AND you have placed on your farm. Click on the decoration and then click on Buy One or Buy Multiple.
You can not buy a Farm Pass decoration if you deleted the only one you have by mistake.
Example:
Reminder to claim Rewards In the last 48 hours of the current season when the last reward you have earned has not been claimed (does not include unclaimed decorations) you will see a reminder to claim them like this:
When you have claimed all of your rewards the pop up will no longer show.
Claiming the very last reward according to the points that you have earned that month which will also clear the reminder.
If the last reward you have earned has been claimed but any rewards earned before that last one haven't been claimed then you will not see this reminder.
