Hi Alexm
When you get this kind of quests, then it is usefull to have more then 1 Winery.
You need 10 champage barrels but each Winery produces 2 every 6 hours. So if you place 5 wineries on different farms, you can start 1 batch for champagne barrels in each one and you will have 10 champagne barrels after 6 hours.
When you are done with the quest, you can send the rest of wineries to your storage or leave them on your farms and uncheck them in your facility manager.
