I moved your post to the thread about Facilities.
For your first problem with the Chicken coop, please provide your user id number.
Load your farm and scroll down the page since you see: Your Facebook id number is:xxxxxxx
For your second problems with a quest: be sure all the previous steps have a green check mark. If it is a long quest then use the bar to the right to scroll down and check.
If all the previous steps have a green check mark, then try to start the last step from your Facility manager.
If you still cant do that, then let us know which quest is that.
