I've been her super neighbor ever since that was a thing (though she has re-started her farms a few times). She has between 250k and 1.7 million of everything that can be seeded... I know without looking because I do her harvest/planting. She probably also has a week worth of sugar in storage, but that's beside the point... we just want to know if anybody else knows what's going on.

It was a serious inquiry as it happens more times than you think that a product is unchecked and the reason why they are not being produced.
It would be much easier working directly with her for this. If she is not registered in the forums then she either needs to register here and post this herself or she can contact Support to let them work with her and look into this. As her super neighbor you can not see if the products are checked or not. She would have to look for those.
To contact Support click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.

You will receive an automatic response email when you submit your ticket. That email will have your ticket number and a link for you to check the status of your ticket, so please do not delete that email. If you do not see the email then check your spam folder as sometimes those emails get classified as spam.
