Yes, I am hired for design on the farm. I use her tools when I make her flower pictures - mostly the transplanters and design tools. There is no shortage of coins, though I haven't tried to buy anything since the problem started. The save icon shows nothing. My computer is set to my time zone and tells time just fine.

So... lately I have had login permission for 3 different farms (including the super neighbor with the flower farm. I only logged in as her for routine stuff - she was away and we've been neighbors since 2009). I use only one window in one browser, so a shortcut wouldn't work for me even if I had one - I always log in from the login page these days. Clearing the memcache cleared 48 farms, which is very odd for me... and that didn't work either. I'm using a two week old Chromebook laptop - the third one I've bought pretty much exclusively to play FT on, ha.

I guess I'm not a typical player... still only 16 farms and lvl 1339... got second dan for harvesting flax for a quest just yesterday. I don't often spend much time at my own farms. Perhaps it's not that weird I should run into atypical problems. Have any more ideas? Need any other info that might be helpful?

The memcache clears your data on the server and forces it to be reloaded, so you get a clean load.

Please include all details about your problem so you can get help faster. Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.

You will receive an automatic response email when you submit your ticket. That email will have your ticket number and a link for you to check the status of your ticket, so please do not delete that email. If you do not see the email then check your spam folder as sometimes those emails get classified as spam.
