I moved your post to the thread about Facilities.
The regular Fodder Factory produce Poultry mix which is used to load the Animal Feed Store and to produce Premium Poultry mix in the Premium Fodder Factory.

13.2 in our Game Guide give you the information about every facility and service facility.
