Um, i think you have misunderstood what i was saying. some quests show blue collect cash after as few as 3 are completed. that one did not turn blue until one minute short of losing one. I believe this to be unfair, i sat there opening and closing it for the last half hour. Anyone who cannot do that would have lost at least one quest. I have been playing for a long time , and have seen these differences in when you can claim. More frequently last minute recently.
