Hi Jeanettes,
No it wasn't unlocked until you bought the harvester. You only have 1 harvester 6x6 EX in your storage so that would be the one you just bought.
You have to own the harvester before you can buy the combine harvest/plow. Before you can buy the combine harvest/plow/plant you will need to buy the seeder for that level.
