Hi perryalexander,

If she stored the trees then as her Super Neighbour, you should not be able to open her storage and put them back on the farm for her. Only the farm owner should be able to see what they have in storage and get those back out. Not the Super Neighbour.

What wrong is two issues:
  1. If you have the permissions to design the farm she wants trees on and permission to use her coins then you should be able to BUY new trees from the store using the multi planters that you or she owns.

  2. You should NOT be able to get any of her trees out of her Item Storage. When you are on her farms and open Item Storage you should not be seeing her storage. You should not be able to put those trees that are in her storage on her farms for her. When you open Item Storage on while you are on someone else's farm you should only be able to view what you have in your own Item Storage, not what she has.

Please try the rest of what I suggested to you, to try to fix this. We can see that you have not run memcache yet.

If after you have done those, you still have the exact same problem, then you need to report this to the support team.
