Hi Windcaller,
The only way you can get a refund is through Siupport. We can not do refunds through the forums. When did you send the ticket to Supprt and what item did you accidently buy?
Edit: They have answered you. Please check your spam folder for your comcast.net email. You need to delete the item from your farms and then reply to the ticket.
