Using Chrome on a PC, all hardware and browsers are updated, I can see the spinning cube, I have cleared cache and cookies and restarted my browser. Thank you!

There was a release just recently of a fix for a gift sending problem.
Please try clearing your memcache (link below), then when the page of unsetting text opens close that as it is done.
If your farm is open close it. Then reopen and try again.
