Hi Chet,
I moved your post to the Game Migration thread as you are not having problems loading the game. The HTML5 thread is only for those farmers having loading problems. Please post any questions or problems only in this thread and not the HTML one.
We do not yet know if all the layering has or will be added. You will have to continue as you are and wait until any update on that. For non layered crops we do not see any lesser amounts when harvesting.
