It's intermittent. Sometimes I see it, and sometimes I don't. Actually, I think today might have been the first time it showed up after buying an item. Usually it's when someone sells me something I've asked for, but then again, not always. It's just weird like that. I thought there might have been a reason, but it's probably just a glitch.
