That's the point I was trying to make. In storage there can be two amounts. One will just be a
regular amount (which comes from harvesting
yourself)... the other will say
"Large" in the corner (which comes from letting someone else harvest the crop). The facility will take from the amount that does NOT have large on it. So you can keep selling the "large" and make extra coin. You just have to harvest yourself once in a while to keep your
regular supply up.
The only difference in the regular and large is you get more coins
if you sell the large.
