Do you have multiples of every fac and referral building? I have every tool and it takes me between 10 and 15 minutes, but I only have multiples of 6 buildings. Also, your computer processing speed will have a lot to do with this and that's not something Slashkey can help with. Keep your caches cleaned out and defrag your computer once in a while, that really helped me.
And I agree with Doc, I fill once a week. There's no way I would fill twice a day, that is too much like work! Ain nobody got time for dat!
