Your bait is not supposed to go to storage. Before you dump the bait go to a fresh water river or lake and mouse over it to see what your stored bait is. You can do the same over a seacoast to see the amount of bait you have. Then when you dump your bait, **and refresh**, go back to lakes and seacoasts and you will see the increase. When the bait was going to inventory storage, it was a mistake. If you still have bait in inventory, you must sell it before you can successfully dump new bait into the lakes and seacoasts.
