Then if the brown sprinkler was also available to just irrigate flowers any time you wanted to, without affecting the time to harvest, that should cover pretty much all bases, as well as hopefully making people feel they haven't wasted all that Farm Cash on buying a red sprinkler which just makes the brown one disappear.
