The only thing i can suggest is perhaps trying to buy some coffee from the market and try producing just a few caffiene to see if it happens again. or working friends facilites to get some in the meantime.

Nope, didn't click the wrong thing because I was so psyched to be able to make caffeine! Similar things have happened to me in the past when new products were introduced to factories. When I go to use it again, it's fine usually. Thanks though!
