Will the Dairy Processing Plant be able to make soy milk? Or are you saving the soybeans for a tofu factory?
Like someone above mentioned, Pumpkin Pie woud be nice; or pumpkin custard (pumpkin + egg + milk).
The Greenhouse that costs Farm Cash, looks like it contains zinnia Flower Beds and some Flower Pods. You can see it if you zoom it on full screen. That could become a facility for some flowers that are not used in the Flower Shop.
