It is now over 16 hours since I claimed a bonus...

It is now over 16 hours since I claimed a bonus and you still are telling me I have exceeded my limt for the day and have to wait 11 hours. This keeps happening...please fix it.

Question Not allowing to collect bonuses

I frequently am stoped from collectng bonuses and get the message that we are only allowed to get so many in a 12 hour period even when I haven't collected any bonuses for over 14 or more hours.
