Train Manager not working

My train manager has not shown activity for months. All my requests to boost or unload others trains come through My Requests tab. I cannot finish any farm pass quests regarding the Train Manager...

Cannot help other farmers in their facilities or referring friends. Everything I completed in my facilities disappeared. When I went back and checked, everything I had just started was gone.

A few minutes ago I purchased the Flower Shop facility for 25 farm cash. I never received it on my farm.
