So if the time is up at 8 pm and i can't claim farm cash the next morning but i can claim coins then the next seven days start when i claim coins the next morning. Is that correct?

My fields move in all directions while I am planting, plowing or harvesting. Why is that happening?
Is there a way to stop it from moving unless I move it with my mouse to get to another section...
