if one part of a quest says for us to create...

if one part of a quest says for us to create something in a facility and we dont have that facility, then what lifeline would be able to help us complete that part of the quest?

Personally, I wouldve thought the devs wouldve made the quests more teamwork oriented. Example, having to harvest a field of raspberries. Quite easy to plant/harvest your own but a bit more difficult...
