These problems have always been there, I was complaining about them...

Hiding is great, it really does help, but if you are on farms that belong to people who layer and stack and jam as much on the farms as they can, it's going to take the processors longer to resolve...

I love doing that!! I need flowers so bad, even with only 2 flowers shops, and the turbo boat is totally awesome, so I take the jobs no one else wants and work all the time! it's great! :p

I do this, too, but I go to the last farm and work my way back towards the one I saw the noob on and I only stop when I see there's no work left on any farm. I get most of the work and bonus boxes...
