I cleared memcache, re-booted, and reloaded several times and finally got in Then it said I couldn't open either quest boxes because I had to be level 20, I'm level 1525! I know both boxes are ready...

It seems like a lot of people are confusing the Super facility with turbo facilities. I think that's causing them to not understand the quests for Farm pass 2.
