I have tried and tried but I cannot get my account to load in OperaGX. I have enabled 3rd party cookies and popups but it gives me this error. I don't understand. I haven't changed anything.

Hi SirMatthew,
The only thing I can suggest is see if there is an update for OperaGX. There was an update for that yesterday. SHould be LVL 5 (core: 109.0.5097.62)

Hi SirMatthew,
If you do have to update it, I suggest you also make sure your computer is updated and if you do any update for either be sure to restart your computer to get those to take.

always looked forward to the new releases, they made my day how ever last july i had open heart surgery and now am feeling lot better, i need sum help of getting my farms back on, i messed sumthing up & now i cant play, i really miss playing farm town

& to all my farm town friends, im ok now & ill be playing again with you. i am feeling much better now

Hi LisaScobee,
Are you trying to use private browsing in Chrome? It is possible that would be blocking some of the download as it is not all in the same location on the servers. You need to use normal browsing as the private browsing will not work.
If you are not using the private browsing then it may be that you are not allowing cookies and pop ups that are needed for the game. Instructions for that are in the following link:

To contact Support click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.

You will receive an automatic response email when you submit your ticket. That email will have your ticket number and a link for you to check the status of your ticket, so please do not delete that email. Not using private browsing. Cookies allowed. This happens at least once every 24 hours or so.

Hi LisaScobee,
Is this with the old laptop or the new one?
It has to be something with your laptop as if you are logging in correctly to the game there isn't a trust issue on the server end.
As I suggested please contact Support about this.
