why o why are lemon trees not used for lemon pies, for lemon cakes, for lemonade (juice), for lemon bars, for lemon drops, etc.??? I've got a ton of lemon trees and no place to use the wonderful lemons!

Thanks for your comments SleepyHallow. Yes, of course one has to plow, choose what to plant and plant and harvest it and that's still fun. I enjoy trying, as much as practical within the constraints of the game, to select crops which would actually grow in the region where my virtual farm is located. Occasional planting of small quantities of pineapples and sugar cane being exceptions.
True, I could expand my 3rd farm without spending real $$, just prefer not to add more FB "friends" simply for purposes of playing the game and the number I now have (16 neighbors 5 or 6 who are active participants in FT) seems enough to conscientiously keep up with. So, that part is a choice I've made. Actually, thinking ahead and planning possibilities for future expansions is almost more run than maintaining things once the expansions and design work is finished LOL Nice to always have something for down-the-line.
Now why do I find plowing and planting more fun than the facilities? Had to analyze that a bit since I believe that everything (even our reactions to something) have a logical basis. My conclusion is that plowing, planting and harvesting are visual and require a bit of conscious thought -- which plow tool (1, 2 or 4 plots) to choose; whether to use no seeder, the small seeder or the big seeder; and same with the harvester tools. The "look and feel" is more real than simply clicking repetitively to put stuff into production at the facilities.
And, yes, I'm a logic freak LOL Just call me Ms. Spock ;)

What is MEAT and CHICKEN going to be used for?

Farmer_Susan May 21 2010 07:05 PM

YES!!! I wanna know about the meat and chicken! Tell! Tell! (Think I'll go order some so I'll be ready for whatever's coming. Is that someone who loves this game or what??? LOL)

I thought we were discussing the limitation being tomato instead of cheese. Since you can't seem to stay on that train of thought, I won't argue with you. If you want to keep thinking that cheese is the limitation, feel free to be incorrect in your thinking. Trying to get you to have a decent intellectual conversation has been proven to be futile.
