My suggestion is for the market. There needs to be a way to separate the hiring from the accepting. They are in the same place and I can't hire someone if they are trying to hire me at the same time. I have hired people to work on my farm and do not receive a confirmation weather they are going to or not and then I hire another and get to my farm and fine extra people there. You need to make or highlight in different color who is hiring and who is accepting. It is a mad house at the market! It needs fixed, please.
