Lyrics in the "About Me" were originally from an old folk/blue grass tune called "Kentucky Mooshiner", written/sung by George Tucker. Later, lyrics were changed by The New Lost City Ramblers, and recorded as "Bootlegger". At least, that's the info I've gathered off the net.
Lyrics seem to change and are varied, depending on who's doin' the singin'. Any way it goes, I dig it!

Hooch - Everything But the Girl
The working day was long
And the road is grinding on
And your body's winding down again
The tribal fire's here
And the circle speaks so near
And the simple truth so very much clearer
Who got the hooch, baby
Who got the only sweetest thing in the world
Who got the love, who got the fresh-e-freshy
Who got the only sweetest thing in the world
Let's get real, let's get heavy
Till the water breaks the levee
Let's get loose, loose, who got the hooch
The birds and bees will sing
The jams begin to ring
The good vibes flow from me to you
The evening turns to night
The fire and moonlight
The dance of all who came before
Who got the hooch, baby
Who got the only sweetest thing in the world
Who got the love, who got the fresh-e-freshy
Who got the only sweetest thing in the world

White Lightnin' - George Jones
Well in North Carolina, way back in the hills
Me n my old pappy had a hand in a still
We brewed white lightnin' til the sun went down
Then he'd fill him a jug n pass it around
Mighty mighty pleasin, pappy's corn squeezin'
Whshooh...White Lightnin'
Well I asked ol' pappy why he called his brew
White lightnin' 'stead of mountain dew
I took a li'l sip n right away I knew
As my eyes bugged out n my face turned blue
Lightnin' started flashin' thunder started crashin'
Shooh...White Lightnin'
Well the G men, T men, revenuers, too
Searchin' for the place where he made his brew
They were looking, tryin to book him
but pappy kept a-cookin'
Whshooh...White Lightnin'
Well a city slicker came n he said "I'm tough"
I think I wanna taste that powerful stuff
He took one glug and drank it right down
N I heard him a moan as he hit the ground
Mighty mighty pleasin, pappy's corn squeezin'
Whshooh...White Lightnin'
