Hi there - can you please join the forum and post your problem on the Help/Support section or alternatively use the Support feature right at the bottom of your game page. Your message came through to me on my private messages and wasnt posted on the forum. Some things you might not have tried - I am using Google Chrome with no problems - its a much better browser for games. IE gives me problems. When you have cleared your cache and macromedia files reboot your computer - sometimes the changes dont take effect until you do this.
When you use the new gift page you have to click on exchange, select the gift and then also click on accept to get the gift for EACH item.
It is a Facebook problem - you could try to report it to them but I have never found them to be very responsive sadly!
I hope you can sort it out - I am sure one of the Mods will answer you if you post on the forum.
