Hi Dianne Please do not post questions in your forum profile as we do not get a notification when you do that. I only saw your post while checking new registrations. To change a ground cover please open the store and click in Paths/Ground tab. Scroll down the page and near the botton you will find several ground covers, they only cost 100 coins. If you need neighbors, please post in the following thread: http://r1.slashkey.com/forum/showthread.php?t=391198
Be sure to read all the information given in the first post of that thread.

If you have a problem in the game, the place to post is in the relevant thread in the Help and Support section. I am sorry but we do not get notified when someone posts on their own profile in the forum so they will not be answered quickly. Once you are there look for a title on a thread with the subject you need help with, then click on that title to be taken to that thread. All the main help and support threads are marked with Official before the title.

All you can do when someone is not responding to you is either try and click on them to send them a private message and see if they respond you that way or hire someone else to do your work when it's clear that it's not being done.

I hired someone, and they are on the first plot going in circles in the cow pen and nothing is getting done and won't respond to me when i ask if something is wrong
